We align with leadership, identify the student group and set the calendar, outcomes and operating arrangements.

Students train progressively through weekly technique, rhythm language, ensemble work and repertoire.

When ready, the group can work toward a school showcase, ceremony or public presentation.

The residency can continue term by term, building a stable school drumming identity.
