These terms protect participants, confirmed dates and the resources required to deliver each circle.
Public registration is confirmed after payment. If Bekelé cancels or reschedules the event, participants may transfer the payment to the new date or request a refund. Participant cancellations may be transferred to another person or a future public circle when notice is received before the published cut-off. Gate purchases are final once the event has begun.
A deposit secures an approved date. Because the date, facilitator and equipment are then reserved, event-specific cancellation and transfer terms are supplied with the quote or booking confirmation.
For outdoor experiences, safety comes first. Bekelé may adjust timing, pause, relocate or reschedule when weather or venue conditions make delivery unsafe. Confirmed event communication will explain the applicable transfer or refund route.
